How to Build tric points yarn pattern There are two methods to set the points in a pattern yarn knitting project. The thumb method uses a needle and tends to create a less visible border on your piece of knitting. The two needles method creates a firmer edge, less elastic but strong, suitable for the most delicate threads and which are subject to increased wear.
